Grampa’s Woodshop is a small business and we make almost every item to order. We don’t always keep finished products in stock, so you might have a waiting period while we build your item.

Custom Cornhole Boards Samples

Custom Pine Cornhole Boards, $250

Cornhole is a fun new game and is great for cottages, backyards, camps, trailer parks, garages and rec rooms. It’s a game that can be played by all ages.

We offer the highest quality boards made with 1/2” pine or baltic birch plywood; your choice on ordering. To prevent board bounce, we build the boards with TWO middle frame supports and every board is glued and screwed. They are meant to last and provide many years of fun. We can build you a customized set of boards: just send us a PNG or SVG vector file with the image you want and we’ll get you a quote.

The standard set of boards we offer for $250.00 are made of either pine or baltic birch plywood and finished with three coats of spar varnish. The other options and finishes and are described below.

Finished With Weather-Resistant Spar Varnish

The plywood is finished with 5 coats of protective spar varnish (also used on wood boats to offer premium protection) while providing a beautiful finish and excellent protection from harmful UV rays. The sliding surface is just excellent and with the higher quality dual-sided cornhole bags, offer a championship feel.

Optional Acrylic Trim (add $50)

The cornhole boards can also be trimmed with acrylic paint, which included the exterior trim of the board and the cornhole itself, and then finished with an additional coat of spar varnish.

Optional Decals (add $75)

We also provided a variety of decals that are of the highest quality and are equivalent to , those used on commercial grade equipment , which will eliminate the risk of the decals lifting over time due to sun and weather exposure. The decals we choose have cottage themes, but also wildlife and other themes; and simply pop from the boards. We also apply two coats of spar varnish over the decals, for a total of 5 coats.

Scoring Options (Tripods add $85 and Magnetic Strips add $25)

We also offer two options for keeping score of your games. The 2 – tripod system contains a vertical scoreboard with sliding scoring spring clips. It also contains holders for your drinks and cell phones; plus space for the cornhole bags.

The other option is magnetic strip and scoring pegs that can be attached to the back of the cornhole boards.

Play At Night With LED Trim Packages ($75, or $125 Installed)

Many cornhole users love playing the game at night, so we offer LED light packages. The light packages come with battery powered LED lights that trim both boards and the cornholes themselves; come with remote controls, and make the lights flash.

Custom Cornhole Board Wraps: Add $250

If you want a little something extra above and beyond decals and trim, we offer custom board wraps in a variety of designs. Ask us for more info!

Cornhole Bags: Add $75

The cornhole bags we sell are dual sided (suede and duck canvas) that provide the thrower with the real cornhole feel. A set of bags contains two sets of four different color bags – eight in total, with a carrying case.
