Grampa’s Woodshop is a small business and we make almost every item to order. We don’t always keep finished products in stock, so you might have a waiting period while we build your item.
Our products are heavy; please contact us first to let us know what options you want, and we will reach out to discuss your build schedule, shipping options and costs. Shipping and taxes are extra.

Cedar Bunk Bed, $1,500.00
Eastern White Cedar. They are twin over twin sized, and built strong to last for generations. Finished in Danish oil to be safe for your children. The beds can be assembled in a few hours; assembly instructions are provided.
Queen Size Cedar Log Bed, $1,850
This queen size cedar frame bed is made from eastern white cedar which has amazing character, charm and warmth.
Its rails were designed to be higher than the standard 25″ bed height to accommodate the larger box springs and pillow-top mattresses commonly used today. Plus it’s easier to get out of and into for seniors and people with joint issues.
The bedding, mattress and box spring are NOT included.
Internal dimensions: 61 1/2″ by 81 1/2″
External dimensions: 69 1/2″ by 89 1/2″
Optional Extra Headboard Picture: $150.00
The headboard insert picture is a scenic northern landscape of deer and geese overlooking a beautiful lake at sunset. However, the picture included can be changed to any graphic/photo you desire.
Optionally, another photo can be placed on the reverse side of the insert and you can flip the insert to provide variety.
Optional Spar Varnish Finish: $250
The base cost does not provide any finish, however, I normally use a semi-gloss spar varnish to protect the wood and allow the natural beauty of the wood to show thru. Three coats can be purchased for an additional $250.00
King Size Cedar Log Bed, $2150
This king size cedar frame bed is made from eastern white cedar which has amazing character, charm and warmth. It is a heavy duty bed using 4-inch cedar poles and horizontal supports. I use mortise and tenon joints throughout the bed which gives it the strength required and and offers up an exceptional, rustic look that will stand the test of time.
