Grampa's Stick Campfire Chair
Hey Cottagers and Campers,
We have developed a new type of campfire chair that is just what cottagers and campers need to enjoy those special evening campfires roasting marshmallows, and spending time with friends and family.
They are constructed of solid wood (options currently are spruce, hemlock and/or cedar) and are sanded and stained (we use a good exterior stained which should last 4-6 years). They sit lower to the ground than Adirondack or Muskoka chairs but are still high enough to allow you to easily sit in them and get out of them. These are not meant for seniors or people who have flexibility issues.
The hardware used for the construction are stainless steel for added strength and WILL NOT RUST!! The chairs are extremely strong and will last a long time if cared for; like any other product. I currently weigh 250 pounds and these chairs support me easily. Remember to put them away out of the weather when not in use and do not leave near the fire!!
As an added bonus the chairs fold up like old style lawn chairs did, so you can store them in a shed, camper or under a canopy!!
As mentioned above, we are offer the chairs in a variety of woods, but the basic chairs are made from select construction grade Spruce which is kiln dried and solid. If you want them built from Eastern White Cedar then the chairs will cost $239.00 each and Hemlock will cost $219.00 per chair. We can build from other types of wood but the cost will have to be quoted for you.
We offer three shades of stain for you to choose from; a dark mocha brown, cedar and clear. Also, we can mix the shades in one chair, which look really cool as you can see from some of the photos provided.
